(00)  The studio

One small team, three disciplines. We build products we would want to use ourselves, and we bring the same care to every client project.

01

Studio apps

We design, build and publish our own iOS apps on the App Store, offered through optional auto-renewing subscriptions billed by Apple.

02

Websites

Fast, accessible marketing websites for small and mid-sized businesses in the United States and Canada. Built to be easy to own and update.

03

Apps & web software

Custom mobile apps, customer portals and internal tools for our clients, from first prototype to App Store release and ongoing care.

(01)  How it works

Clear steps, no surprises.

Every project follows the same four stages. You always know what is happening, what it costs and what comes next.

01 Who is Kavixa?

Kavixa is the brand of Kavixa Technologies LLC, a limited liability company organized in Missouri, United States. We are a digital studio that publishes our own mobile apps and builds websites, mobile apps and web software for clients.

02 Which clients do you work with?

We primarily work with small and mid-sized businesses in the United States and Canada. Projects are delivered remotely, and we schedule calls within North American business hours.

03 How does payment work?

Every project starts with a written proposal that states the scope, price and timeline. Website projects are typically billed 50% at kickoff and 50% at launch. Larger product builds are billed by milestone. All invoices are issued in US dollars, and payments are processed by established third-party payment providers. We never store full card details on our servers.

04 Who owns the final work?

Once your invoices are paid in full, you own the final deliverables created for your project, including design files and source code, as described in your agreement. Third-party components such as fonts, open-source libraries or stock assets remain under their own licenses.

05 What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel at any time. Our Refund Policy explains exactly what is refundable at each stage of a project. In short, you only pay for work that has been completed.

06 What is the waitlist for?

The waitlist is for early access to the apps we are preparing for the App Store. Joining is free, there is no obligation, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We only use your email to send waitlist and launch updates.

07 How are app subscriptions billed and refunded?

Subscriptions in our apps are purchased and billed through your Apple ID. Apple processes the payment, and you can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.

08 Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. We are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before discussing project details, and we treat all client materials as confidential.
